11 channels with published, per-dose or from-prices we could read on their own pages, plus the channels we explain but cannot rank. Not whole-of-market: a channel not listed here may exist and may be cheaper.
How to read this page. Every price was read from the channel's own public page on the date shown and includes the membership or visit fee where the channel charges one, so the figures are what you would actually pay per month. GLPInfo currently receives no payment from any US provider or manufacturer, and no link on this page earns a commission; if that ever changes, the affected page will say so in plain words next to the ranking. Compounded GLP-1 products are not listed or ranked: why.

Manufacturer direct (Eli Lilly)
Eli Lilly's own self-pay pharmacy channel for Zepbound, Mounjaro and Foundayo, shipped by partner pharmacies with a Walmart in-store pickup option. You bring your own prescription or use Lilly's telehealth partners.
NovoCare Pharmacy
Manufacturer direct (Novo Nordisk)
Novo Nordisk's own self-pay home-delivery pharmacy for Wegovy pens, the Wegovy pill and Ozempic. Prescription required; prices mirror TrumpRx.gov.

Telehealth programme prescribing brand GLP-1s at prices matched to LillyDirect, NovoCare and TrumpRx, with an insurance concierge. No compounded GLP-1s shown.

Sesame's weight-loss subscription with medicines dispensed through Costco Pharmacy self-pay pricing. Medication prices below come from Sesame's own announcement of the Costco prices.

Amazon's GLP-1 programme with cash-pay oral GLP-1s from $149 and injectables from $299, plus the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge at a flat $50 a month for eligible members. Visit fees for the GLP-1 programme are not published, so rows are listed but not ranked.
