Who we are

GLPInfo.com is an information and comparison service for UK GLP-1 weight-management providers. For data protection purposes the data controller is State Media LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: privacy@glpinfo.com.

What we collect and why

Browsing

Reading this site requires no account and no personal information. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes standard connection data to serve and protect the site.

Editorial email updates

If you sign up for GLP-1 and peptide updates at /updates, we collect your email address and the medicines, regions, frequency and time zone you chose, together with the consent wording you agreed to and when. We send nothing until you confirm the address by email. Every update carries a preference link and a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribing, a complaint or a bounced address stops all further sends. This list is separate from deal codes and price alerts and is never shared with providers or advertisers. We ask for nothing about your health, weight, medication, phone number or date of birth.

Getting a deal code

If you ask us to send you a provider's discount code, we collect: your email address, first name, an optional mobile number, and the provider, treatment and dose you selected. Because the selection relates to prescription weight-management treatment, we treat this information with extra care and only process it with your explicit acknowledgement, given on the form.

We use these details to: deliver the code you asked for by email (and by text where you gave a mobile number), let you use a tracked link so the provider can recognise the referral, and, only if you separately opted in, send you price alerts for the treatment you chose. The tracked link contains a random reference, never your personal details.

What we share

We do not sell or share your name, email or number with providers. Providers see only that a visit came from GLPInfo. Our email delivery provider (Resend) and our text message provider (Twilio) process messages for us as processors, and Cloudflare hosts the site and stores our data. We may earn a fee when you visit a provider from our site.

If you contact us

Emails and text messages you send to our addresses and numbers are received into a single support system so we can answer them. We keep that correspondence for up to 12 months (24 months where it relates to a provider account), then reduce it to a record of what was done. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us.

How long we keep it

If you did not opt in to price alerts, your details are deleted no later than 12 months after your request. If you opted in, we keep them until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time: email privacy@glpinfo.com or reply to any message we send you. We action deletion within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Where data lives

Lead data is stored in the European Union on Cloudflare's D1 platform. Access is restricted to authorised GLPInfo staff behind authenticated access controls, and administrative actions are audit-logged.

GLP-1 treatments compared on this site are for adults. Do not use the deal form if you are under 18.
