The three numbers that matter
1. First-period (month) total
Everything you pay to get started for one supply period (usually 4 weeks): the medicine, any consultation or prescription fee, and delivery. Where a provider publishes a genuine new-customer price we show it, together with its conditions - a discount code, "new patients only", or a plan commitment.
2. Repeat-period (month) total
The normal price for each following period once any offer has ended. Because treatment typically continues for months, this number dominates your real spend. We ignore introductory offers entirely when sorting by ongoing cost.
3. Horizon estimate
First period + (repeat period 脳 remaining periods) over 3, 6 or 12 periods (months). It is an illustration on the displayed assumptions - your dose will usually step up over time, and each strength can have a different price, so treat it as a comparison tool rather than a quote.
What to check before choosing
Is the offer conditional?
Codes, first-order-only pricing and multi-month commitments with early-exit fees are all common. We print the conditions we found next to each price.
Is it a subscription?

What happens as your dose increases?
