How to read this page. Every price was read from the channel's own public page on the date shown and includes the membership or visit fee where the channel charges one, so the figures are what you would actually pay per month. GLPInfo currently receives no payment from any US provider or manufacturer, and no link on this page earns a commission; if that ever changes, the affected page will say so in plain words next to the ranking. Why the US price is not the medicine price
Since the manufacturer self-pay programs and TrumpRx.gov set common floors ($299 for Zepbound's starting dose, $199 for a first Wegovy fill, $149 for the Wegovy pill and Foundayo), most telehealth channels charge exactly the same for the medication. What differs is the membership: $39 for a first month is near-universal, then $74 to $149 a month on top of the medicine. Our tables add the two together, separate the first month from the ongoing month, and show the 12-month total, because that is the number that decides what a program really costs.
