About the US edition

GLPInfo.com started in the UK in 2026 and launched its US edition on 7 Sep 2026. It is operated by MedPal AI plc, a UK-listed digital health company, and it is built on one rule: every price is read from the channel's own page, dated, sourced, and shown as what you would actually pay.

What we compare

FDA-approved GLP-1 medicines sold to self-paying US patients: Zepbound, Wegovy pens, the Wegovy pill and Foundayo (approved for chronic weight management), plus Ozempic and Mounjaro (approved for type 2 diabetes, listed as priced products only). Channels are manufacturer self-pay programs, telehealth memberships that pass the manufacturer price through and add a fee, retail pickup and coupon channels. Each row shows the medication price, the membership or visit fee, and the all-in monthly total for the first month and for ongoing months, plus a 12-month estimate. Channels that publish a from-price without their fees are listed but not ranked. Where two channels show exactly the same all-in price, the source channel (the manufacturer program whose list price the others mirror) is shown first, then retail, coupon and telehealth channels alphabetically; no payment or relationship affects order. Compounded products are not listed: policy.

How rankings work

Rankings use published price and evidence only. No channel can pay for placement, and no commercial factor is an input to any ranking. The default sort is the lowest all-in first month at the selected dose; you can re-sort by ongoing month or total over 3, 6 or 12 months. Channels without a confirmed all-in price sort last and are never ranked at $0.

How we make money in the US

At launch, we do not. GLPInfo receives no payment from any US provider or manufacturer and carries no affiliate links in the US edition, and it will never take manufacturer money for placement. If sponsorship or affiliate arrangements are added after legal review, they will be labelled on every affected page in plain words next to the ranking, kept out of the organic results, and disclosed here. Our related-party UK clinic, New Health, does not operate in the United States.

Verification signals

We show whether a channel displays a LegitScript seal, which is the certification Google, Meta and the card networks require of GLP-1 telehealth advertisers, and we point you to NABP's safe.pharmacy list and LegitScript's own checker so you can verify any channel yourself. We do not certify anyone.

Freshness and corrections

Every price carries the date it was read; the launch dataset was read on 6 Sep 2026. Prices in this market change with program terms, so confirm on the channel's site before ordering, and tell us when something is wrong: corrections are free, fast, and open to the channels themselves.

Boundaries

GLPInfo is not a pharmacy, clinic or prescriber, and nothing here is medical advice. Prescription medicines require evaluation by a licensed clinician. Our editorial policy and consumer health data policy set out the rest.
