Consumer health data privacy policy (US)
This policy is written to the standard of Washington's My Health My Data Act and the similar laws in Nevada, Connecticut and California, which treat information about your interest in weight-loss medicines as consumer health data. It is deliberately simple because the US edition collects almost nothing.
What we collect
Browsing the US edition sends no health information to us or to anyone else: there is no lead form, no account, no email or SMS capture, no advertising pixel, no analytics script and no third-party cookie on any US page. Our server sees the ordinary request logs any website sees (page requested, approximate location from your network, browser type) and Cloudflare's aggregate traffic statistics; we do not attach those to any identity, and we do not infer health information from them.
What we do not do
We do not sell consumer health data, and because we collect none we cannot share it. We do not use geofencing. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal, which for us is automatic because there is nothing to opt out of. If a future release adds any way for you to give us information (for example a price alert), it will collect only with your explicit, separate opt-in, never share without a separate consent, never sell without a signed authorisation, and this policy will be updated first.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or withdraw any consent you have given, and we will answer within the time your state's law sets. Contact: the corrections and contact page, marking the request "health data".
Effective 7 Sep 2026. The site-wide privacy policy covers the UK edition and general matters.
