Coverage: what the pipeline tracker includes
GLPInfo does not claim to track every medicine or to scan the whole internet. This page lists the medicines in scope, the jurisdictions covered and when each record was last checked, so readers can judge the tracker's completeness for themselves.
Jurisdictions
United Kingdom (MHRA, with NICE and NHS funding recorded separately), United States (FDA) and the European Union (EMA and European Commission). EU authorisation does not mean approval in every European country; Switzerland and other non-EU markets are not yet covered.

Tier P0 medicines are covered from launch; P1 candidates (survodutide, pemvidutide, VK2735, MariTide and others) are added after each programme is verified. A record count of zero means no verified event has been entered yet, not that nothing has happened.
Sources
Regulators (FDA, MHRA, EMA and the European Commission), trial registries (ClinicalTrials.gov, EU CTIS, ISRCTN), peer-reviewed research and named congress abstracts, sponsor announcements (labelled as company-reported), and access bodies (NICE, NHS England, SMC, CMS). Journalism is used to discover stories; medical and regulatory claims are sourced to original evidence. The daily monitoring service and its per-source health report are in build; until it runs, records are checked by hand and dated above.
