Report incorrect information
Accuracy is the product. If any price, service claim or provider detail on GLPInfo.com looks wrong, tell us and we will verify and correct it quickly. Verified material errors - a wrong price, a hidden mandatory fee - are treated as incidents: we correct or hide the affected information first and investigate second.
How to report
Email corrections@glpinfo.com with:
- the page address and the provider concerned;
- what you believe is incorrect;
- if possible, a link to the provider page showing the correct information.
Please do not include any personal health information - we do not need it to fix data, and we do not want to hold it.
If you are a provider
Providers can claim their page, correct any detail with evidence, and will shortly be able to maintain pricing directly through a verified provider portal. Email providers@glpinfo.com from your organisation's domain and we will verify and respond.
What happens next
- We acknowledge reports promptly and verify against the provider's own pages.
- If continuing to display the information could mislead, we hide it while we investigate.
- Corrections update the page and its evidence date; material corrections are noted.
